Find Care & Housing
Not really because you are a spouse. There are some care agencies that train a family member and they become an employee so you get paid.

If your husband is a Veteran, you may be able to get help through the VA. Check Veteran's Benefits.

Spouses can be paid even though Medicaid programs but it does depend on your state and the program because some will not pay a spouse. If you happen to be in a state that does not allow spouses to be paid caregivers, if your husband does qualify for home care through Medicaid, then they would pay for caregivers to come in. Mostly like it would only be for a few hours a day. What state are you in?
