It was coming on slowly. It' has been a week and a half and now it's to where I can't stand on it.

Call your doctor or make an appointment to see an orthopedist to get images.

Go to Urgent Care clinic near you.

Take something for the pain.

Ask a relative, friend or neighbor to take you to your appointment. I guess you could call 911 if you're ready to pay for a trip to the ER.

We aren't doctors. You need to see your doctor and get images to know exactly what is wrong. It could be a stress fracture.

She could ask someone to take her to Urgent Care. My Urgent Care clinic can do xrays.

If you don't decide to go to urgent care , I would suggest ice.

Freezer a water bottle of ice and put it on the floor and roll the ice back and forth.
But if it's a stress fracture you don't want to do that. So I would ice the top of it or where there is swelling.
Until you get to doctors. It could be anything.

Swelling?
